Think of something that has happened to you that caused you a problem - recently or in the past - and reflect how you felt during the episode, how you feel now about it AND what you think happened to change how you feel/felt.

If you think you have made progress in how you deal with tinnitus now - compared with how you were before starting the Tinnitus E-Programme - by all means reflect on that.
